Iker Casillas

Iker Casillas Fernandez was born in Mostoles, Madrid on the 20^th May 1981. Last year, Iker Casillas has been named as the best soccer goalkeeper of 2009. Iker was ranked 4^th in the European Footballer 2008 and also one of the highest ranked goalkeeper in 2009. He has been spotted wearing his ultimate weapon, the Reebok VR-5000G last time.

Iker has started his career from the youth department when he was in Real Madrid and was selected as the national team’s goalkeeper. Iker grew famous for his incredible reflexes and fast movement.  Back In 2002 FIFA World Cup when his team was playing against the South Korean, one of his saves during the quarterfinals has been named the best saves of all time by FIFA

Reebok has then seized the opportunity to make a deal with Iker Casillas in which Iker will wear Reebok’s sponsor soccer goalkeeper gloves in all his matches. Not only was the goalkeeper glove sponsored by Reebok but also the boots.

Now Iker has his own Reebok brand which is Iker Casillas Reebok  and can be spotted wearing Reebok Valde II Pro goalkeeper glove. The glove is made of lightweight materials and flexible to the hand movement. New to this glove was the implementation of the 4mm German Copa latex which gives extra superior grip. The Reebok Valde II Pro also includes Gryptonite palm which provides excellent control and grip on all weather conditions.
